- Support business on recruitment, performance management, talent development and employee relations. Deeply join the business and identify customer needs and then provide solutions.- Identify and translate business needs into HR requirements, actions and ensure delivery, and providing strategic HR advice and activities in line with HR processes and policies.- Work closely with departments heads in terms of status movement to optimize human capital and resource management.- Act as global business partner to support COO on reviewing global team management (LATAM) and bridging local associate with Shenzhen campus.

Ethics and Compliance/ Hypermarket Marketing

- Talent Review and Succession Planning: facilitate and improve the China Talent Review Process with consistent standard across Walmart U.S., and work with business leaders to build up a healthy succession plan (for all directors and above), as well as ensure regular tracking on implementation of the follow-up actions.- Talent Development: partner with Talent Development Director to implement programs (Assessment Center, Mentoring, Leadership, etc.) for High Potential associates in the organization to accelerate key their development .

Implement full cycle of recruitment process, including hiring needs analysis (partnership with HRBP & line manager), assessing candidate applications, interviewing, offering (partnership with C&B), and on-boarding preparation (partnership with SSC).

- Recruitment & HRBP: work closely with line managers on JD preparation and implement recruitment process. Define and develop the sourcing and selection strategy at requisition level to ensure the high quality talent acquisition.- Performance Management- Implement performance policy and process, coaching line managers to use the tools, and ensure the periodical completion of performance management activities. Identify improvement areas by analyzing the documents and process, provide group training if necessary.
