Successfully manage all aspects of non-profit child abuse program. Spearhead program development, staff supervision, securing and managing grants, and daily operations inclusive of leading local child abuse prevention initiatives. Successfully lead the multi-disciplinary team in the coordinated response to child abuse allegations for all of Osceola County. Maintain written protocols and superior relationships with all agencies involved in the detection, investigation, prosecution and treatment of child abuse. Establish and cultivate government support. Interview, hire, orient and train all new Child Advocate staff, MSW interns and volunteers. Manage all contracts; ensure compliance with accreditation standards, data system and all casework supervision. Major Achievements: Led the CAC’s National Accreditation application process and site visit -awarded National Children’s Alliance Accreditation in June 2012. Staff retention at 100% 2009-2018.
