Customer Relations Manager
• Attend to all front desk duties, attend to enquiries via phone calls and walk-in customers.• Maintain filing of customers’ treatment cards and update of information.• Schedule, book and re-confirm customers’ appointments for treatment and consultation.• Perform cashiering and general administrative duties.• Requisition of retail and salon products, stationery and any other items required for salon use.• Communicate with HQ personnel on any matters regarding outlet operations and staff.
