I have an associate degree in education and another one in criminal justice, which reflect my interest in helping people and improving social outcomes.In my most recent role as a data integrity analyst at Behavioral Health Resources, I ran various reports to identify and correct errors and discrepancies in service documentation. I also modeled AVATAR forms and set up system configuration, receiving certification from NTST in both PM and CWS. I was the integral link of communication between admin, support staff, and the providers, demonstrating my problem-solving, communication, and process improvement skills.
