An international magazine with the aim to use the arts to drive social justice, as well as deconstruct stigma surrounding creative professions, now spanning 45+ countries. Featured on Radio Television Hong Kong.I founded the organisation and recruited a team. Grew the team from scratch to 40+ people from 26 countries, submissions from 46+ countries, and currently 900+ readers. Reached out to people to recruit them and mentored them to lead their own projects branching out from XinSai eventually.

Research into the status of foreign domestic helpers in Hong Kong (psychological wellbeing, community, culture-sharing, labour rights) through a series of literature reviews, as well as fieldwork: conducting qualitative and quantitative surveys, and interviews. Also learning to process quantitative data through statistical manipulation. To culminate in a research paper and presentation of findings at HK News Expo and St John's Cathedral, as well as high schools around Hong Kong.
