About Joy Ching-Ya Muller

I am a humanitarian and development practitioner, and strategic thinker, with more than 10-year experience in int'l cooperation, resilience and development, partnerships, and 5-year experience in operations. I'm fluent in English, French and Mandarin Chinese. My strengths are in policy analysis, advocacy, reporting, networking and coordination.
