Joy has worked in the enterprise sector for almost thirty years, as alecturer and mentor and as one-to-one adviser of aspiring owner/managers.She has worked with many Business support organisations such asBusiness Link and LDA, on the business planning aspect of fund-raising for new entrepreneurs.Joy is familiar with contracts such as Be the Boss; the Royal British legion project and wasretained as their consultant , vetting Business Plans before they are submitted to the funders. For over 10 years to date she has been involved with Women and Manual Trades the organisation the support women’s entry into the construction sector. Acting as a consultant and trainer to their members looking to become self employed .For London Corporate training, an organiation that specialises in training in the ‘softer’ skills for overseas businesses she presents a variety of seminars to attendees from petro-chemicle companies, banking and medical services.She was the Business Start up advisor for Vital Regeneration the charity helping homeless and asylum seekers to become independent. Also a mentor for Santander 'Women moving ahead'
