• Support the implementation of Workday in overseas regions, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with global HR processes.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into system enhancements or changes.• Stay updated with Workday system upgrades and enhancements, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features to improve HR processes.

• Plan and implement digital workplace related projects.• Manage and monitor project progress by tracking activities, identifying issues and recommending actions.• Explore new technology and study the feasibility for the group.

• Plan and manage global HRIS project scope and schedule.• Provide inputs on system analysis and design, testing, training, system rollout and support.• Coordinate between vendor/users/IT for project implementation to ensure deliverables are accurate and complete with expected spec, schedule and quality.• Update regular project status and follow up on action items to related stakeholders.

• Responsible as system owner. Analyze system requirement and specification of all PS modules.• Experience in HRIS EOS project. Perform Core and Performance modules testing.• Coordinate between user requirements and customizations and integrations with other system.• Perform HR Analytics and Reporting.

• Report directly to Taiwan HR Head, responsible for calendar management and provide full support for all HR function activities and projects.• Prepare HR management reports and analysis to top management and department managers• Work as HR Helping Center and maintain good relationship with other department.
