Engage client at a face to face meeting, complete intake assessment, develop a plan to initiate job search, responsible for meeting clients regularly, create resume and cover letters, assist with application process, provide interview tips and techniques, speak to hiring mangers on behalf of the client. Report monthly to counselor, attend job fairs and community events. Participate in monthly staff meetings.

Provided on-going intensive clinical supervision to FSS/FRS staff weekly. Orient new staff including job shadowing, paperwork and policies and procedures manual. Review client files. Implement data corrections, pull reports for Program Manager, provide support as needed. Request funding from community organizations, attend job fairs and write grants for funding. Attend monthly staff meeting and keep up with trainings as required.
