Used PDAs with Quetech's Workstudy + software to perform and aggregate time study data. Completed preliminary assessments of each direct labor job in the distribution center, clearly defined elements for all tasks that were time studied, and validated standards after they were established.

Responsible for completion and delivery of projects, which included scheduling and coordinating projects, as well as guiding them to completion and through implementation. Interfaced with multiple departments, both internally and with vendors in order to achieve project milestones. Made recommendations to management regarding schedules, implementation issues, and changes to project plans as appropriate. Expected to work independently with little or no guidance.
