Perform community outreach activities; speak and represent MAMA’s at conferences, meetings, and events; connect with people and organizations within the community; collaborate with medical professionals, social services, and organizations to ensure a healthy pregnancy for mothers; conduct initial intake and monitor the mother’s progress while in the program; conduct home visitation to pregnant and postpartum women;  provide resources and referrals within the community; educate families on childbirth, breastfeeding, and family planning; connect mothers to WIC and housing; manage a weekly caseload; schedule appointments on outlook; organize and file confidential records, managed records on medical databases; tabulate monthly reports, and create excel spreadsheets; facilitate group support within the community.
