Isolate the equipment, gather necessary resources, and perform repairs or replacements.• Coordinate with the OEMs/Vendors and own team on PM schedule. Closely monitor the OEMs/Vendors servicing scope and specification needed as per contract requirement.• Monitor and maintain spare part list and ensure critical spare availability.• Conduct Daily Toolbox meeting and monitoring of subordinate movement and activities. • Prepare safety documents (Risk Assessment, Method Statement & Safe Work Procedure) ensure safe work within PUB satisfactions.• Generate costing, progress report and service reports.• Prepare monthly claim with maintenance service report for submission to PUB.• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Liaise with manufacturer for the quality of machine and machine improvement.• In charge for after sale's service complain about technical issue on the machine.• Assist technician to identify the source of problem and provide solution to solve issue on the machine.• Co-ordinate with the supplier for machines warranty claim.• Assist purchaser for machine spare part needed to purchase.• Provide drawing for kitchen equipment layout, Mechanical ventilation layout and fire suppression system layout.• Create details for customized kitchen equipment by using AutoCAD and SolidWorks 2d and 3d.• Liaise with customer, consultant & P.E for site issues.• Assist Project Manager in planning and execution of project plans at site ensuring work progress smoothly and completed within schedule and budget.• Liaises with contractors and suppliers for site delivery, installation, and testing.• Coordinates with local authorities, consultants, clients for on-site issues • Assist in testing of industrial electrical equipment and project. • Site preparation and worker scheduling for daily work

• Liaise with Main contractor to discuss details of installation and submission of shop drawings for respective items.• Create installation details for aluminium, metal, and glass work, based on conceptual drawing by using AutoCAD and SolidWorks 2d and 3d.• Monitor for shop drawings submission.• Attend weekly site meeting for work progress and any working issues.• Go site to check site condition and installation problem.• Take out quantity of materials and estimate materials for purchase order.• Attend urgently meeting for technical issues.• Prepare materials schedule for production and schedule of materials delivery on site.• Monitor the materials delivered on site.• Coordinate with the Project Engineer for the status of the materials delivered and installed on site.• Coordinate with the glass supplier for the fabrication of the glass and the delivery schedule.• Check the condition of site before the materials proceed for fabrication.• Coordinate with the Project Manager for any issues encountered on the site installation.• Coordinate for the preparation & installation of mock-up sample.• Coordinate with the PE consultant for PE calculation & BCA approval.

• Responsible for designing Architectural and Interior Layout drawing & Space Planning using both 2D and 3D software.• Prepare Shop drawings and derive detailed drawings.• Co-ordinate technical specification • Produce 3D drawings for client presentation.• Co-ordinate with project manager and provide CAD drawings for fabrication.• Calculate and estimate the material for production. • Assist CNC operator for data input to the machine.
