Joy E. Mendoza is a seasoned visual director, content and event producer, who has amassed over 17 years of experience in the diverse fields of Caribbean media and entertainment. Skilled in Videography, Non-linear Editing, Field Production, Production Management, Media Production and Web Design.Joy's media career commenced as the marketing manager, then the operations manager at Radio 91.9fm in her native land of Trinidad and Tobago. Upon her relocation to the United States of America, Joy assumed the roles of talent manager and operations manager at Viacom/MTV Caribbean. At MTV Caribbean, Joy directed and produced visual content, regional projects, and international events.A multifaceted entertainment professional with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, Joy has created and spearheaded numerous successful events across the Caribbean region. In addition Joy showcased her artistic prowess as a costume designer for multiple carnival bands in the regional.
