My duties include assisting attorneys and staff with proper documentation for creating closing binders and briefs. I also assist the team with preparing record of appeals and briefings for the litigation departments., I have the know how to create searchable documents by using OCR, and converting images into portable document. format by using Nuisance and Adobe programs. My recent promotion as document imaging specialist has required me to manage the process of digitizing paper documents for storage in electronic archives along with inner office internal databases.

My duties included the preparing documents for court filing; coding documents for electronic discovery; operated Kodak, Xerox and Canon high speed copiers; and, as a Customer Service Represented, acted as a liaison between customers and management in completion of sales.

Managed and developed employees--occasionally managed two (2) shifts; prepared monthly paperwork/ reports, including payroll, billing and cost control journals; created developmental plans for the production staff; and, prepared semi-annual and annual performance evaluations.
