Joy Adiele has years of work experience in the areas of agro-meteorology, plant nutrition, soil fertility and crop management in West Africa, United States, and East Africa. Her work is focused on sustainable farming practices in root and tuber crops especially cassava, built on a strong foundation of scientific research. Incorporating gender theory and analysis, with good practical knowledge of seed systems, aiming at increasing productivity and profitability - helping smallholder farmers across Africa increase their productivity using simplified advanced agronomic technologies.She is the authour of 'Geraldine: Her Unspoken Struggles'. A memoir inspired by the need to challenge some cultural norms that are contributing to the backwardness in some African communities.
