I am responsible for the renewal business within the Transportation Team I am a part of. This consists of reviewing accounts, their losses, obtaining renewal quotes, remarketing as necessary, negotiating pricing, and presenting the quote to agents. I will also bind and invoice the business, and ensure a complete underwriting file for our company and the carrier.In addition to the renewal role, I will also quote new business in my spare time, and aid my fellow employees with questions and system issues they may be experiencing.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

My responsibilities with Service247 were to be the point of contact for homeowners experiencing a loss at their home. I would coordinate the adjusters, mitigation companies, and claimants to ensure the quickest response time possible. The claimants would also contact me to find out the status of their claim and repairs.

At IMA I was responsible for servicing all accounts within the organization. This consisted of processing and reviewing endorsements, preparing renewal information for Account Managers, and putting together the new business and renewal presentations for Account Managers. In addition to the processing work, I also was responsible for some of the "small business" accounts within our organization. I was the point of contact for the Insureds in all things dealing with their insurance.During my time at IMA I also trained two additional Processing Account Managers.

My internship with State Farm was within the Fleet Department. I was responsible for rating and processing the endorsement requests that came through the department. As well as putting together the insured's policy, which included physically pulling every endorsement form and using a typewriter to type the coverages on the forms.

As Cashier I was the last person the customer saw at the dealership when picking up their vehicle or parts. I would provide the customers with a breakdown of services and address any billing/warranty questions they had.I was also responsible for training 5 additional cashiers and 2 file clerks during my time there.
