My responsibilities with Service247 were to be the point of contact for homeowners experiencing a loss at their home. I would coordinate the adjusters, mitigation companies, and claimants to ensure the quickest response time possible. At IMA I was responsible for servicing all accounts within the organization. This consisted of processing and reviewing endorsements, preparing renewal information for Account Managers, and putting together the new business and renewal presentations for Account Managers. My internship with State Farm was within the Fleet Department. I was responsible for rating and processing the endorsement requests that came through the department. As well as putting together the insured's policy, which included physically pulling every endorsement form and using a typewriter to type the coverages on the forms.
