Create and maintain Incident Management Wiki for documentation for Incident Management groups for GESM. Database administration for user profiles and file management.Train all new hires and provide refresher training for existing employees. Create and maintain Incident Management new hire/existing employee training program.Attend client meetings onsite for Textron account.Quality assurance includes formal review of tickets worked by team, problem identification, corrective actions to remedy any deficiencies and evaluation of actions taken.Assist with special projects as directed by management.
