Joy is excited to leave her mark on the world, through her interactions with people and communities. She is currently working in the non-profit sector, focused on strategic capacity building & investment in locally-led organisations across the African continent who are early in their scale journey. In previous roles, she has worked in programme management, training development, operations management and event coordination; providing strategic oversight on projects spanning various sectors and organisations; most recently impacting social entrepreneurs & change makers in East Africa.
