My responsibilities included the inspection of vehicle fluids, consultation of services to be provided to the customer, the explicit following of procedures to ensure quality of service. In addition to fluids; filter changes, tire pressure, windshield wipers, and window cleaning were all tended to during a car's visit. I quickly memorized vehicle and product information for better consultation. I was responsible for the cleanliness of the shop and the stocking of products in an organized manner. I was required to quickly learn and operate an intricate computer system for the processing of individual vehicle information and charging for vehicle services while keeping track of specific employee participation in each service to ensure accountability.

I provided care and transport for several elderly people who were in need of some extra help in their daily lives. I provided transport to doctors' appointments, grocery stores, and salon appointments. In addition, I assisted with the preparation of meals and the daily tasks the simply get harder with less physical ability.
