• Complete daily updates of discretionary pay for OO fleet, ensure proper load payouts
• Review daily safety and regulatory reports to ensure OO fleet is compliant with Schneider’s standards, DOT random drug test completion and risk review assessments
• Ensure proper documentation for OO contracts is received, including the pilot implementation of 30 California OOs transitioning to LLC, a long term transition project to ensure accurate quarterly contract dispersal for.
• Multitask the preceding duties with exceptional time management skills, technological expertise, clear communication, and focused detail orientation
