Design interactive, visually appealing and effective training modules, challenge tests, and follow-up evaluations using Articulate software.•Instrumental in the analysis, development and delivery of training content using blended-learning solutions (CBT, eLearning, virtual, classroom) using proven methods such as ADDIE while considering adult learning theories.•Foster a results-driven training environment by conducting an analysis of employee or departmental training gaps/needs, recommend and evaluate skills or behavioral based developmental programs and training including measurement efforts.•Work with management to create and recommend sustainable developmental programs. •Received All Star Employee recognition from Senior Management for my team involvement in the development, implementation, documentation, training material creation and employee training of a project management financial software system, which is currently utilized globally within the organization and replaced many manual processes.•Received Senior Management buy-in to move forward with the development, implementation, documentation, training material creation and employee training of new… Show more •Received All Star Employee recognition from Senior Management for my team involvement in the development, implementation, documentation, training material creation and employee training of a project management financial software system, which is currently utilized globally within the organization and replaced many manual processes.•Received Senior Management buy-in to move forward with the development, implementation, documentation, training material creation and employee training of new processes and tools, which assisted in standardizing the preparation, submission and reporting of annual O&A and capital budgets. •Worked with District Managers to develop processes to provide timely variance analysis reporting of O&A and capital spend vs. budget, which was not provided by the general accounting software. •Attended monthly OPEX meetings and presented budget vs. actuals, offered variance explanations and forecast spend.•Provided Executive Management with income statement and analysis reporting by department, region and division.•First line approver for capital expenditures, which included reviewing project estimates, scheduling, task structure assignment, work order/purchase order review, procurement and retirement of assets when applicable, compare and apply to district budget(s). Project amounts ranged from $5K to $500M.•Developed, documented, and conducted training classes including follow-up surveys across the four districts to enhance employee knowledge of SOx requirements, capital policies, and internal processes and accounting software upgrades. •Interviewed, selected, trained and managed temporary employee whose purpose was to assist Project Managers with major projects cost tracking efforts, which included invoice processing, work order/purchase order processing and other administrative duties as needed.
