Drive program development, revenue, and service initiatives for the Emergency Services and Supports ( ES&S) division within BHN. Clinical programs within the division include 24/7 mobile crisis teams, crisis hotline, trauma response teams, law enforcement co-response crisis teams, Community Crisis Stabilization residential programs & peer-led drop-in center.

Oversaw operations for five community-based mental health clinics.

Accountable for the clinical & administrative oversight of five community based behavioral health programs that provided trauma informed, client centered mental health counseling, intensive case management & care coordination for youth in foster care & their foster families. Identified new business opportunities & implemented program marketing strategies. Monitored compliance with CMS & other regulatory agencies. Developed and allocated program budgets. Accomplishments:• Facilitated community needs assessments & gaps analysis in order to identify opportunities for implementing new innovative service delivery for children & families in the community. • Developed & launched evidence-based community wide trauma treatment for county child welfare system which helped children in foster care and saved healthcare dollars. Program outcome resulted in a reduction in psychiatric hospitalizations for youth in the County emergency shelter program. • Utilized lean management strategies to drive effective change & maximize organizational value in the community which resulted in the second renewal of a three year multimillion dollar county contract.
