My role as a PSW required me to understand the needs of my client through effective and clear communication and meet those needs. My main role was identifying potential customers, nurturing existing relationship and carrying out sales negotiation, sales closing and sales reporting. I engaged in sales prospecting through cold calling networking and research on regular bases. I also delivered persuasive presentation to communicate my deep understanding of products and services to potential clients. I utilized CRM software to track sales leads and manage customer data. I constantly engaged in follow-up to encourage customer loyalty and address customer concerns. I collaborated with other departments and teams for promotions to ensure customer-centric approach to sales. Also I analyzed sales data, shared insight and assist with inventory management.

I analyzed products to meet the required standards. Managed chemical storage, measurements, and dispatch. Kept accurate inventory and maintained the laboratory. Related findings of any discrepancy in products to management and offer solution.

For the duration of the training I participated in the management and proceeding of all the research and analysis taking place in the laboratory as well as going to the field for sample collection, transportation, labelling and preparation, general laboratory cleaning and equipment maintenance.
