• Lead a team of graphic designers in the development of marketing materials, including but not limited to branding, logos, websites, social media content, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials.• Develop and maintain the client's visual style guide, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies and implement them where appropriate.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.• Review and approve all design work produced by the team to ensure it meets quality standards and provide guidance and feedback to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
