My background was in teaching before training as a Kinesiologist then returning to primary teaching in which I was an advocate of the educational application of kinesiology - Brain Gym. Many years ago I trained as an image consultant & ran a retail outlet. I returned to teaching, became single again, saw my amazing boys graduate & embark on their careers and then retired from teaching. I am now pursuing a new lease of life in Health & Well Being. (Otherwise known as enjoying myself.)! I am continuing to increase my awareness of 'energy medicine' and am delighted to literally have found a new lease of life through Nutrigenomics and taking a course I never Chinese Reflexology. Isn't it wonderful that every stage of life offers something more; new opportunities, new people, learning new skills, reconnecting with old friends and the chance to travel during term time?
