Document Controller - Marketing Department
Current Handles all documents with regards to all properties (Real Estate Department) Controls the database and keep track of records of all clients’ information and payments. Coordinates with the marketing team with regards to issuance of invoice, payments schedules and property contracts. Responsible for the safe-keeping of all property contracts. Responsible for the payments to be made and done towards the properties. Established a good communication link to the head office for a more parallel and organized exchange of information as to which properties are sold and which are available. Supervision of the invoicing process and computer system in Accounts
