• Efficiently manage over 150 research projects on a quarterly cycle, as well as ad hoc requests, submitted by Account Team members in preparation for APR and QBRs with customers.• Successfully lead a team of nine Data Assurance Coordinators, ensuring deadline commitments are met and quality details are achieved.• Developed a strategic plan in order to increase landing rates on a few key accounts, resulting in a 27% increase of landing rate.• Publish monthly reports on accounts in order to increase the accuracy in regional budget projections.

Our programs will target the academics and the arts to create a synergy in learning and outcome.
