• 26 years of experience in mortgage lending, 16 years in a builder mortgage environment • Extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional lending guidelines• Several years of experience successfully underwriting LP Accept and DU Approved FHA, VA and Conventional loans• Proven record of meeting established time frames and deadlines• Proficient with the use of automated underwriting systems• Demonstrated exemplary work ethic, team work and dedication• Knowledgeable of closing procedures and processes• Experience with down payment assistance programs including Travis County DPA, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Bond and DPA, Texas State Affordable Housing Bond and DPA, Mueller DPA, TDHCA MCC, TSAHC MCC, Genesis, Nehemiah, American Family Funds and City of Austin.
