To perform labor relations, benefits, compensation, recruiting and administrative activities in the Human Resources Department at the AL works locations. Provide direct support with the new hire on-boarding and off-boarding process, developing offer letters, organizing and direct new hire orientation, managing all SAP document, managing the attendance program, assisting with open enrollment, 401(k) site meetings, job evaluations, interviewing, tracking and managing affirmative action data for facility.
