Quickbooks reconciliation for small to midsize companies. Special projects with Excel, Access or other software on the side with other companies. I can use any Accounting System so I get requests to train or help with inputting and training others to use their software.

Marketing to midsize and larger companies to manage their bookkeeping for the year. I do any past years and maintain them moving forward. I also try and network and clients with other clients for any business needs they might need. I work quite a bit with the Construction/Contractor businesses. I handle all forms of Quickbooks and then depending on the clients needs, I send it to their CPA to complete. This is my first year and I love it!! Performed Tax Prep work into the Lacerte software system and handled the Legacy Project Software. I handled the set up of clients into various types of Quickbooks, Online, Pro, Enterprise. I did the bank feeds, reconciled the accounts and submitted all information to the CPA. I also did the Sales tax and payroll if required. This work was a work from home position. The company closed.

I also handled the set up of all new employees and maintained their files and payroll requirements. I was able to resolve over $500,000 in overdues within 60 days.

..Assisted the Assistant Controller in collecting on all past due payments for rental storage units. Handled lien waivers, processing credit card payments and if necessary filing with the courts for legal action. I also oversaw the other staff members and handled all problem accounts and set up payment plans.

Started my own business and am trying to keep it growing but it was not enough to sustain me at the time for bills and insurance. I did all the set up and reconciliations of clients accounts and sent the financials and reporting to the CPA for review.
