Ensuring the work flow as per plan. And performing Inspection on finish product4. Preparing test certificate of the product for the customer. Making daily production report and documentation of daily production. 5. Analysis of the Quality of the Wire Rod according to is 7887:1992.6. Check mechanical property like yield strength, Tensile strength by using UTM machine. Check the diamension and tolarancce of Wire Rod, HB wire and, Annealed wire by using slide caliper, screw gauge. 7. Perform inspection for defects like low diameter, over fin, missmatch, overlap, crack at the end of the mill.
