Systems Analyst
Collaborate with all levels of department staff, government agencies, contractors, and consultants; liaise and coordinate activities between business and technical staff; analyze business process to identify opportunities for improvement; work closely with management, supervisory staff, and project staff to define and create business procedures and develop process maps to illustrate project work flow; develop and maintain production applications and support tools including training, software administrator, and developed user/technical procedure based documentation.
