▪︎ Provided legal advisory services to the Palladium Group and the County Government of Isiolo under the USAID Kenya Investment Mechanism. This involved the development of the Zero Draft Isiolo County Trade and Markets Bill 2022, designed to promote trade and investment in the county, aligned with the objectives of the LAPSSET Corridor Program. ▪︎ Conducted a comprehensive legal audit commissioned by the Auditor General on the Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC), focusing on Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Independent Power Producers (IPPs). This involved an examination of the PPAs to identify potential inconsistencies and unfavourable terms that could adversely affect KPLC's interests and those of the end-consumers KPLC serves.
