I am a Sam Houston State University alumna with a B.S in Biology and minor in Psychology. I am passionate about healthcare and scientific research. I hope to continue my experience in healthcare and research in order to improve the quality of life for patients. On campus, I was involved in many leadership roles including Terry Scholar Student Organization, Founding Executive board for Minorities in Medicine, Undergraduate Researcher, and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.I am well-versed in molecular and serological lab procedures. I have maintained various lab positions including machine calibration, accessioning, lab assistant, and contribution to publications. If given the chance, I hope to be an asset to your laboratory.
