I work with Catalyst experts and thought leaders to tell engaging stories with our data and create reports and tools that Catalyst Supporters can use as a roadmap for change. I collaborate with colleagues in the Research department to conceptualize, write, edit, and manage our cutting-edge global knowledge products across all four Catalyst research areas: Advancing Women, Leading for Equity and Inclusion, Women and the Future of Work, and MARC (Men Advocating Real Change). I provide leadership and insight to the Research Leaders team, drawing on my deep understanding of gender equity issues and how to make workplaces more inclusive for everyone.I am committed to approaching all our work through an intersectional lens and making Catalyst’s unique findings and perspectives accessible and inspiring.

I was responsible for the editorial, design, and brand integrity of all Catalyst's written materials, including the website. I managed a staff of writers, editors, designers, freelancers, and translators who produced print and digital content including website and social media content, promotional collateral, materials for in-person and virtual learning experiences, and knowledge products. I also oversaw the production of all events collateral, including the signature Catalyst Awards Conference and Dinner, and Catalyst Canada Honours Conference and Dinner.As the Chair of the Production Committee, I led a cross-functional team whose goal was to proactively solve problems and share information so that we could efficiently and effectively produce Catalyst's work. In addition, I led website strategy and worked with web developers and staff to update Catalyst.org, from new content to bug fixes to new functionality.
