I am adept at change management and leadership processes formulation in Early years foundation stage (EYFS). Joy is a team player and has demonstrated excellent leadership when leading a team of people for the same objective. i am passionate about qualitative assessments and world class educational processes that shed light through research and implementation phases on helping children between the ages of 2 and 12 years old improve on their cognitive skills from an early age. My ultimate objective is to scale my career to the very top in the education field by using my knowledge, life skills and cognate experiences to model future champions of tomorrow.
