Joy is nationally recognized for discovering and developing successful and recognizable actors working full-time in Hollywood including A-List Actress, Dakota Fanning. Known as the "Star-Maker" to many Hollywood execs, she has placed more recognizable working actors in LA than any other talent scout/agent living outside of the Los Angeles area. Her career in the entertainment industry spans over 14 years. She is the original creator and former head agent of Hot Shot Kids and Teens in Atlanta where she spent over 11 years building a successful kid's agency. She now travels the country scouting kids and adults for placement with the Osbrink Agency (LA) and J Pervis Talent Agency (ATL).
