- 2018 - current - Black Diamond VIP Support - part of the development and original member of our VIP support, providing virtual administrative & sales support to our top payroll sales executives. - 2016 - 2018 - Product Support - experience in processing payroll, HR reporting & interfacing with time clock and GL accounting software. - 2012 - 2016 - Onboarding and Implementation - created & developed our client onboarding program, working with sales professionals, clients, and internal departments to onboard new clients to the payroll & HR system and provided ongoing training. - 2011 - 2012 - Payroll Specialist - assisted in the day-to-day payroll operations and payroll processing for a portfolio of 250+ small businesses.

- Assisted in the start-up process of a new business, providing administrative sales support to the managing partner while building relationships with potential clients of the firm and recruiting staff.

- Assisted three Vice Presidents within the Public Sector department at KeyBank. - My role was to act as a liason between clients and the Vice Presidents. Through extensive research development and superior client service, I prospected opportunities for treasury management, letters of credit and financing projects for non profit entities, such as government agencies, universities, and public schools. - Assisted in planning national trade shows and seminars, booked travel, prepared expense reports and RFP's.

- Managing the teller line and personal banking staff, my duties ranged from opening personal banking accounts to consumer mortgage lending, branch compliance officer with auditory functions, to the area trainer for a bank wide computer system conversion. - Assisted with recruitment opportunities, job fairs/networking events, new employee onboarding and staff development & training.

- With an early passion for cooking and baking, I began my career in the restaurant and catering industry, working in local restaurants, such as The Woods, Don's River City, Great Lakes Brewing Co, Houlihan's and Max&Erma's. - Managed a staff up to forty per shift, handled inventory control and purchasing, payroll, training and HR duties.
