Providing procurement advice and managing tenders on behalf of The Active Learning Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust supporting 13 schools in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. Specific projects:- Catering- Buildings Management including Asset Management - Insurance - including private health and absence - IT services and print devices- Temp labour (ie Supply Teaching) - Cashless systems

Interim role to harmonise supply of paper products across Europe, reduce specs and supply base. In 3 months SKU's reduced by 70%, cost saving of £360,000 achieved on spend of £3 million.

Negotiate OJEU process when current one expires.• Providing technical and financial advice to policy team on policy team for ‘Quick Wins’ (Gov mandated standards) on paper. Evaluated grades for sustainability, negotiate annual prices.
