I teach Hatha yoga and am trained in Iyengar style and Vini yoga for beginning and intermediate students. I have a private practice in Greenbrae Ca, and have completed a 500 hour certification in yoga therapy.I currently teach yoga classes at SMC (Stress Management center of Marin) and see private clients in my home or at the studio. Yoga Therapy specializes in the care of the individual person and focuses on getting them stronger, more balanced and flexible. Good for ongoing health and well being as it relates to chronic pain, aging, recovering or preparing for surgery. And, living in awareness with your body and mind connected for living your best life!
