My greatest asset is my ability to genuinely connect with the students I serve. For more than 20 amazing years, I have directed and developed academic success programs, delivered high-quality academic, personal, and career counseling, and designed and taught academic success workshops and university courses. I have worked with undergraduate and graduate students to create individual student success plans and utilized strategic and intentional conversations to identify student skills and connected interests with best-fit matches in academic programs and majors to achieve specific degree goals. Working hand-in-hand with multiple campus and community partners, I have helped to revise program admission and eligibility guidelines, developed college and university policies to support student graduation and retention, guided students through multiple petition and appeal processes, and served on numerous hiring and campus-based committees. Every day is an adventure, and I proudly deliver personal support, transparent and accurate information, and excellent customer service to every student I have the privilege to serve!
