As a Customer Financial Advisor at Concentrix since March 2023, I provide financial solutions and support to clients across various industries and regions. I leverage my skills in invoice processing, Concur, and accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate payments, reimbursements, and reconciliations. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues and queries related to financial transactions and policies. Previously, I worked as a Process Developer at Genpact and a Process Associate at Capgemini, where I gained valuable experience in handling complex and high-volume invoices and expense reports for global clients. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dinabandhu Andrews College and more than six years of work experience in the customer finance field, I am passionate about delivering excellent service and value to my customers and partners.
