- Responsible for all day-to-day business operations and strategic planning for the Washington, DC office of Gilbert LLP
- Responsible for the overall office management of all administrative and support staff, facilities and space planning, and oversight of essential office services.
- Collaborate daily with Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits, IT and Financial Services to provide support to those in recruiting, onboarding and performance management.
- Assist Hiring Partner with Associate recruiting and onboarding
- Coordinate with building management on various issues, including lease negotiations, maintenance, and security issues
- Successfully completed several office renovations, including a complete build-out of brand-new space in a new building and moved the entire office safely during the pandemic.
