Based on the data, I will feature the brand's vouchers that are performing well on the ION App.ION CMSMy task is to publish the assets based on the calendar that specifies the featured brands' periods and their asset's entitlements. This involves posting the assets onto the ION CMS, which will be reflected on the ION App. Voucher ReportMy task is to filter out the e-vouchers and e-deals redeemed by shoppers and create an Excel workbook, respectively, for all participating brands. Subsequently, send out a tenant billing to all the brands, where they will do their internal checks to confirm the information. CI-MallMy task is to create a competitive insight(CI) into ION's competitors on a weekly basis. My findings enable the team to plan and carry out targeted efforts to close any gaps by pointing out areas where ION might be lacking in comparison to competitors. Update tenants on rewards.My task is to close the gaps between brands that have low voucher redemptions. I have to create the QR codes for these brands. The QR code helps aid shoppers by directing them to the voucher landing page. I make a physical trip to the respective stores, share the rewards listings entitlement with the store manager and employees, and run through how to attain them.
