Healthcare Virtual Assistant
Current- Email and messaging correspondence, monitoring of clinic website and patient hubs;
- Assist patients with appointment setting, sending paper works, follow-up on prescriptions, and other patient concerns;
- Assist Clinicians or Provider with calls and other tasks as instructed;
- Maintenance of patient records and calendar management;
- Call patients to remind appointments, follow-up on schedules, give instructions, update with requests and other as instructed;
- Call insurance providers and other relative institutions to follow-up billing & claims or for any other concerns that arise;
