The Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County partners with hotels, vacation rental companies, and individuals to secure lodging for over 150 artists and a state of the art production team. These artists travel from all over the country and sometimes internationally to be in South Walton, Florida during the week of the 30A Songwriters Festival. This position involves networking with multiple vacation rental companies and hotels, the creation of proposals, negotiations by all parties, reasonable solutions, and executed agreements. It is my responsibility in this position to coordinate lodging placement of artists, and communicate all external/internal important information to proper parties. The 30A Songwriter Festival is produced by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, who recently celebrated its 27th year. The Festival takes place every Martin Luther King Jr. weekend along scenic HWY 30 We are currently planning for our 7th annual year.
