As part of the Central Network Operations team, I manage networkoperations, production, and monitor application servers. My dailyactivities include monitoring, generating periodic reports, andproviding solutions to customer issues or needs through ticketingor email. I am also responsible for setting up new servers forproduction from scratch.

Supporting Cochin International Airport Data Center. Part ofthe operations team, which involves managing and maintenance ofVMware environment (250+ Virtual Servers and 9 Esxi hosts) inCisco Hyperconverged infrastructure. Activities include VirtualServer creation, hardening, migration, cloning, resource allocation,vMotion, DRS, and Snapshots. Administering Virtual Servers includingboth LINUX and WINDOWS. Perform daily server monitoring, andverify the integrity and availability of all server hardware resources,and optimize the operating system performance. Identifying andresolving server Hardware issues and firmware upgrades. Managingand monitoring Commvault Enterprise Backup and Recovery forvirtual machines. Manage and monitor VPC, AWS instance, S3, VPN,and billing for Commvault backup solution. Reviewing server andapplication logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such asbackups both local and AWS.

Managing IT infrastructure of the Entire Business Group. ProvidingTechnical, Software, and Hardware support to all the users.Managing around 300 workstations, servers, and Networkequipment across all businesses. Managing Firewall(Cyberoam),VPN, Antivirus server, LAN, Wi-Fi Networks, CCTV Surveillance, IPPBX, and UPS. Coordinating closely with all the vendors for the best ITservices including AMCs, and ISP support.

Managing the whole Network Infrastructure of the Business Centre.Managing 40-plus office network connectivity including both wiredand wireless connectivity, Hardware Firewall with LoadBalancer(Tacitine), VLAN, IPPBX, CCTV Surveillance, and door Accesscontroller systems. Web Hosting support, cPanel, Pleskmanagement, and troubleshooting. Managing both Linux andWindows workstations and HP rack servers. Coordinating closelywith all the vendors for the best IT services including AMCs, and ISPs.

Supporting APM Terminals India Pvt. Ltd at Vallarpadam Cochin bymanaging Windows Domain Network of 100+ computers, entirebusiness unit IT needs. Managing, and maintaining ILL, PRI, and MPLSconnectivity by keeping maximum uptime. ManagingIPPBX(Panasonic), File Server, Print Server, CCTV Surveillance, LAN,Wi-Fi, N/W printers including LaserJet, inkjet & Dot-matrix,Desktops, Laptops, UPS, procurement, outlook. Providing Technical,Software, Hardware support to users, and guidance. Assetmanagement, documentation, and coordinating closely with all thevendors for the best IT services.
