• Responsible for monitoring overall performance of Ladies Shoes Slippers category of The SM Store.• Financial analysis (sales margin, inventory) of the assigned classification for all stores• Monitors stock levels by store to identify sales trend opportunity• Coordinates with buying department for the approval of products to be displayed in the SM Store• Manages the sales and inventory of department stores nationwide for the assigned brand to hit monthly and yearly sales target• Interpret data from sales to come up with solutions to hit sales targets as well as managing product life cycle across department stores• Monthly branch visits to check on issues and concerns on a store level and from selling personnel to contribute to solutions and strategies to hit targets• Interacting with store DMs to discuss best sellers, merchandise placements and other business opportunities• Establish effective working relationships with branch department managers to assure accurate and timely processing of transfers, RTVs, markdowns, counts, reorders, etc.• Processes promos of slipper category that aligns with the calendar of the SM store and/or consignors (3 Days Sale, Mega Shoes and Bags Sales, SM Advantage promos, etc.)• Reviews and controls aging inventory on a monthly basis

• Reviews purchase requisition of materials request by site for completeness of specifications and attachments• Conducts canvassing and prepares canvass containing complete details such as specifications, availability, price, terms of payment and other notes or remarks when needed• Negotiates for the best pricing from the suppliers• Prepares and processes the Purchase Order in SAP system complete with all correct details and double-checks for completeness of all necessary attachments or in accordance to company policies and procedures• Handles queries of returned PO's from Audit• Files Purchase Orders and other office forms in an organized manner for easy access and retrieval• Advises Purchasing Supervisor or Purchasing Head for support in the release of payment to address concerns or problems with regards to supplier delivery• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
