Current Position:Currently, I am responsible for monitoring the IT infrastructure at PrivyID as part of the Technical Support Monitoring System, utilizing tools such as Nagios XI, Slack, Grafana, and Datadog.Experience in 2022:In 2022, I worked as an IT Application Support at PT Jaya Agung Teknologi, where my responsibilities included monitoring and reporting bugs in applications.Experience in 2021:In 2021, I served as an IT Specialist at PT Rapid Infrastruktur Indonesia. My responsibilities involved overseeing the placement of IT infrastructure at the Head Office (Jakarta) and project sites (PT Muria Sumba Manis - Sumba Timur, NTT). I gained deep knowledge in asset management, network system maintenance, laptop and printer management, and monitoring mail servers using CPanel (AWS). Additionally, I worked with RIISA - Rapid Infrastruktur Sistem Administrasi (ERP System) and implemented an RFID Manpower System using RFID UHF and Laravel.Experience in 2020:In 2020, I worked as an IT Programmer at PT Pan Solusi Indodata. My responsibilities included building the Smart Village System and a Booking Room Meeting System using PHP. I also managed server maintenance at Telkomsigma - Sentul and configured MikroTik devices.Education:I graduated with a D3 degree in Computer Engineering from Institut Teknologi Del in 2019. My team and I developed a Campus Log In/Out System using Fingerprint with Raspberry Pi as our major thesis project.
