AED of Florida acquired JJC & Associates, I work directly with the President to oversee day to day operations of a fast paced growing MBE Engineering Firm with a rich 25-year history; AED's corporate office is located in Hyattsville, MD with an office located in Downtown Orlando. AED provides Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Services. In the past 10 years alone we have renovated more then 1,000,000 SF of space in occupied facilities in the Central Florida area. AED has had the fortune and responsibility to continuously and proudly serve our clients through building trust, delivering quality services on time and within budget, communicating effectively, driving execution, fostering innovation, focusing on the customer, collaborating with others, solving problems creatively and demonstrating high integrity.  Develop and build strong relationships with all key partners and clientele. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics and cost. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote services, working with advertising and promotion managers. Direct the hiring, training and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.   

Responsible for the management of AIA contracts between customers, vendors and subcontractors. Worked directly with the estimating team and general manager on all projects. Assisted with marking proposals and presentations, coordination of special events and client relationship management software.

Responsible for all sales and marketing incentives throughout 12 stores statewide with total volume of $634 million. Developed long and short term goals for marketing plans, managing 50+ person sales team.
